We purchased our new home through Millers and we had a great experience right from the initial enquiry on the property through to completion. George was so accommodating, professional and helpful. He pulled out all the stops to enable to us to visit the property when it was convenient for us and always repsonded to queries promptly. During the actual purchase he was very good at communicating with the seller on our behalf and the rest of the team at Millers were really helpful in chasing and getting updates from all parties involved. Charlotte was also extremely efficient with this and moving the purchase along. They also use this online portal that provides updates and progress of the purchase which kept up us to to date at any given time. This was extremely useful. All of the communication we had from the agent was great and really helpful is us meeting the required dates etc. All of this was really helpful to us - particularly as first time buyers. We had viewed other properties with other agencies and certainly noticed the difference in service. Thank you :)
I cannot recommend Millers highly enough, this is the second time I've used them and cannot fault them. Matthew handled every aspect of the sale, great advice, honest and trustworthy - lots of communication and really wanted to work with me to get the best results. So unlike the other estate agents I met with....
After it was sold though, they kicked it up a whole new gear with a sales progression team (in particular Jasmine who was exceptional and so persistent on my behalf) who really worked hard to move things forward despite both sets of solicitors being appalling!
I just wanted to take the time to leave feedback for George Cornwell of Millers Estate Agents. We sadly lost our purchase (through another estate agent) after 5 months, but George put us at the top of his list to see properties before they came on the market and even leafleted houses in the area we wanted to move to.
He made us feel very supported and was in regular contact which made the whole experience of losing the other property much less stressful.
